Independent butchers near Ely

Find independent butchers in or near Ely. Only include businesses owned and run by the people who work in them: no chains, groups, franchises, directories, booking sites or lead-generation sites. Each should have its own website. For each, give the name, area, website, and one line on why you believe it's independent. If you're not sure a business is independent, leave it out.
