Independents Only is a free directory of independent businesses. We check listings automatically and with the help of visitors, but we can't guarantee every business is independent, open, or any good: please check before you buy or book.

We don't recommend, endorse, or take payment from listed businesses, and we're not party to anything you arrange with them.

Business owners who claim a listing confirm that they run the business and that it is independent. We may remove listings that break these rules.

Don't scrape the site, copy listings, rankings or the Indie Index in bulk to build another directory or dataset, submit false reports, or use the AI connection to send automated junk. We may block traffic that does. The listings, rankings and the Indie Index as compiled by Independents Only are our database; quoting individual results with credit is welcome.
